Overview
CAS is renovating the existing NYU Langone building at 333 E. 38th Street. The scope includes the core and shell infrastructure on all floors cellar to 13th floor roof, including drywall, ceilings, elevator shafts, electrical rooms, and mechanical rooms.
Roof work consists of enclosing a mechanical equipment room with an Insulated Metal Panel System manufactured by Centria/Nucor as well as beam and column cladding manufactured by Alucobond. In addition, the scope includes fit-out of the surgery floors (7-10) and operating rooms on 8-10th floors.
