CAS is renovating the existing NYU Langone building at 333 E. 38th Street. The scope includes the core and shell infrastructure on all floors (cellar to 13th floor roof), including drywall, ceilings, elevator shafts, electrical rooms, and mechanical rooms.

Roof work consists of enclosing a mechanical equipment room with an Insulated Metal Panel System manufactured by Centria/Nucor and beam and column cladding from Alucobond. CAS is also in charge of fit-outs for the surgery floors (7–10) and the operating rooms on floors 8–10.
