Coney Island Hospital is 11 stories tall, with private patient rooms, operating rooms, an anesthesia care unit, CT and MRI rooms, and clinical and laboratory spaces.

CAS coordinated 10 contractors to complete the project, which included OSHA protection, standard walls and ceilings, lead-lined drywall and windows, engineered exterior ceilings, MRI and X-ray areas, pharmacy clean room, wall and door protection, and modular operating rooms.
