The David H. Koch Center at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is a 23-story building with approximately 750,000 square feet. CAS’ scope consisted of all drywall and acoustical ceilings; including whole tenant fit-outs on floors 6, 9 and 10; passenger elevator lobby ceilings; wall protection; and frames, doors and hardware.

The East 74th Street site sits adjacent to the FDR Highway and overlooks the East River. The state-of-the-art facility now accommodates the latest treatments, like advanced radiation therapy, and specializes in hematologic cancer, among others.
