Overview
The David H. Koch Center at MSKCC is a 23-story building and approximately 750,000 SF. CAS’ scope included all drywall and acoustical ceilings including whole tenant fitout floors 6, 9 and 10, passenger elevator lobby ceilings, wall protection, and frames, doors and hardware.
The East 74th Street site sits directly adjacent to the FDR Highway and overlooks the East River. The state-of-the-art facility now accommodates the latest treatments in hematologic cancer and radiation therapy.
