Overview
This 1,388 foot structure in midtown Manhattan will have 2.5 million square feet of office space for its 15,000 employees. It will become the tallest building in New York completely powered by hydroelectric energy.
CAS Scope includes: 600,000 man hours, 9 million pounds of steel studs, 7 million SF of GWB, core & shell construction, interior blast walls, insulation, exterior horizontal netting, temporary protection, furnish & installation of doors/frames/hardware, & 7 trading floors. The estimated completion date is Q4 of 2025 when it will be the new world headquarters for JPMorgan Chase.
