The 1,388 ft structure in midtown Manhattan is the new world headquarters for JPMorgan Chase. It has 2.5 million square feet of office space for its 15,000 employees, and it's the tallest building in New York completely powered by hydroelectric energy.

CAS Scope includes: 600,000 man hours, 9 million pounds of steel studs, 7 million SF of GWB, core & shell construction, interior blast walls, insulation, exterior horizontal netting, temporary protection, furnish & installation of doors/frames/hardware, & 7 trading floors.
