

CAS recently completed the FMC Tower project located at 30th and Walnut Street in Philadelphia and which included the construction of a new, 1,000,000 SF, forty nine story, Office and Residential building for Brandywine Realty Trust. CAS completed shell work on the office floors (1-26) and also the fitout of the residential units on floors 28-48. Turner Construction Company was the CM on the project.

CAS recently completed the the University of Pennsylvania New College House project. Intech was the general contractor and the project was a 350-bed, college housing complex for the University of Pennsylvania, located on the block bounded by Chestnut and Walnut Streets, and 33rd and 34th Streets. This new student residence included social and academic spaces, dining for students, and other common and support spaces.

3601 Market Street is a high rise luxury apartment building offering studio, efficiency, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. There are 360 units total The property also includes 15,600sf of on-site restaurant and retail space. The 580,000 sf development at Lancaster Avenue and 34th Streets on the campus of Drexel University features apartments and suites for more than 1300 students. There is 20,000sf of retail space located at street level as well as a student and community dining center. CAS scope of work included interior and exterior framing/sheathing, drywall, insulation, fire-stopping, acoustical ceilings, wood ceilings, installation of doors, frames, hardware, kitchen cabinets and running trim for Hunter Roberts Construction Group.


26 story, 300,000sf, 322 unit luxury residential tower located in the heart of Philadelphia. There is over 7,000 sf of retail space on the street level and over 11,000 sf of residential amenity spaces. The tower offers studio, one and two bedroom units. The building is LEED silver certified. CAS scope of work included interior/exterior framing and sheathing, drywall, insulation, acoustical ceilings, wood ceilings, wood paneling, installation of doors, frames, hardware, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and running trim. Hunter Roberts Construction Group was the GC for this amazing project.


CAS has recently completed work on an 11 story Hotel adjoining the Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem, PA. The hotel features 300 rooms, 22 suites and 8000 sq ft of meeting space, as well as a pool and a fitness center. CAS installed drywall, framing, insulation, firestop, doors and frames.


CAS has finished performing work on The Fisher Translational Research Center (FTRC). Under Construction Manager L.F. Driscoll Co. ,and for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, CAS performed Core and Shell work for this 12-story, 500,000SF research / clinical medicine building, as well as a fit-out of the three lower floors including the main lobby and auditorium. The Fisher Translational Research Center houses research initiatives that integrate a range of biomedical disciplines.


The New Regional Medical Center is soon to be a state of the art Medical Center in the Albert Einstein Healthcare Network. Designed to service the Southeastern Pennsylvania region, the NRMC will offer leading-edge clinical services and programs, as well as 146 patient beds, 96 surgical beds, a 22 bed Intensive Care unit and a 20 bed obstetrical unit. CAS has been tasked to install Drywall, Denshield, Acoustical and Specialty ceilings for General Contractor Gilbane Building Company. The hospital is scheduled to be completed in 2012.


The Kimpton Hotel Monaco is an 11-story Boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Philadelphia. The 270 room hotel is scheduled to be completed in 2012, and will feature a rooftop bar and lounge, as well as meeting rooms, ball rooms and a restaurant. CAS is installing drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors and frames, and running trim for General Contractor Intech Construction, Inc.
