Elliot @ Rivers Edge
CAS has completed work at the Elliot at Rivers Edge, a state of the art Hospital in Manchester, NH. The Elliot will include urgent care, diagnostic imaging, pulmonary rehab, sleep diagnostics, physical rehab and many more medical services. Under GC Suffolk / Eckman Joint Venture, CAS has installed Drywall, Metal Studs and Air / Vapor Barrier systems.
MGM / Foxwoods
Under general contractor Perini Building Company, CAS installed drywall, and metal stud framing on the new 828-room MGM Grand / Foxwoods Hotel. Completed in 2008, this joint venture will feature restaurants, night clubs, a spa, and a 5,000 seat concert theater.
Westin Boston Hotel
Component Assembly Systems has completed work for general contractor Suffolk Construction on the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel. Designed by Arrowstreet, Inc, the Westin features 790 guest rooms and 82,000 SF of function areas connected to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.
Fenway Mixed-Use Project
CAS has completed work at the Fenway Mixed Use Project., designed by Elkus / Manfreddi architects for Suffolk Construction, which consists of 970,000 SF of mixed use projects located in the historic Fenway District. 576 residential units of which 170 units have been purchased by Harvard University for renting to professionals affiliated with Harvard Medical School.
Liberty Place
CAS has completed work at Liberty Place (Park Essex), a 28 story apartment building in Boston's Chinatown District. Designed by ADD Inc for Suffolk Construction, Liberty Place features 468 luxury apartments and 8 stories of above grade parking.
