Freedom Tower (1 World Trade Center)
1 World Trade Center, also known as The Freedom Tower, is soon to be the main building of the new World Trade Center. Scheduled to be completed in 2013, the 105 story building will include 2.6 million square feet of office space, as well as an observation deck, restaurants, parking, and broadcasting facilities. CAS is currently performing drywall, rough carpentry and acoustical ceiling installations for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and Construction Manager Tishman Construction.

National September 11th Memorial & Museum
The Memorial Museum, located at the World Trade Center site, is designed to bear solemn witness to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 and February 26, 1993. The Museum honors the nearly 3,000 victims of these attacks and all those who risked their lives to save others. Designed by Architect Michael Arad, the Memorial features twin reflecting pools and the largest manmade waterfalls in North America. CAS is currently performing framing, drywall and rough carpentry operations, Acoustic spray, and metal ceiling installation for Construction Manager Lend Lease, LMB.

Beekman Tower (8 Spruce St.)

Scheduled to be completed in 2011, Beekman Tower is a 904 unit, 76 story apartment tower designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry. Located at 8 Spruce Street overlooking the Brooklyn Bridge, the tower will rise to 850' and will help reshape the downtown Manhattan skyline. The building will also dedicate 100,000 square feet to a public school, hospital offices and an underground parking lot. CAS is working with the G.C., Kreisler Borg Florman and owner, Forest City Ratner to perform framing, drywall, rough carpentry and acoustical ceiling operations.

The Laureate

2148 Broadway, also known as The Laureate, is an 18 story, 76 unit high end condominium being constructed by Cauldwell Wingate. Expected to be completed in 2011 CAS is responsible for framing, drywall and rough carpentry operations. The building will include an Amenity space, rooftop decks, outdoor terraces and over 25,000 sq ft of retail space.

The New Yankee Stadium

CAS has recently completed construction at the New Yankee Stadium. Under Construction Manager Turner Construction, CAS installed Temporary Protection, Suite level construction (Gypsum partitions, acoustical ceilings) and engineered exterior walls. CAS also installed Metal Panel specialty ceilings throughout the stadium, and installed the scoreboard framing.

Goldman Sachs

CAS has completed work on Goldman Sachs' World Headquarters in Battery Park City. Completed in Mid-2009 for GC Tishman Construction, CAS performed drywall installation and acoustical ceilings for the core & shell of this 45 story, 2 Billion dollar project.

John Jay College

Increased student enrollment has created a need for more classrooms and offices at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Under GC Seacrest Construction corp., CAS is currently installing framing and drywall at this Manhattan located college. Upon its completion in late 2011, the project will integrate all college functions into a unified campus.

Medgar Evers College

CAS has completed performing work on a new state of the art building at Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn, NY. CAS installed framing, drywall and acoustical ceilings. Completed in December of 2010 for the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), the new building houses classrooms, offices & Labs for this City University of New York.

Intercontinental Hotel

Located on the corner of 44th St and 8th avenue is the Intercontinental Hotel, a 34 story structure constructed by the Tishman Construction Corp. Completed in June of 2010, CAS installed Drywall at this new midtown hotel.
